In 2022, we partnered with Vehicle Experts to create a bespoke configurator for their Masterpiece line — a series of meticulously backdated Porsche builds that combine vintage aesthetics with modern performance and comfort.

The initial goal was straightforward: develop a clean, interactive tool for desktop and iOS. But the project quickly expanded. We conducted on-site 3D scans of real vehicles, engines, interiors, and materials — building a digital model library that captures every detail down to the stitching.

The configurator offers thousands of combinations while keeping the interface minimal and intuitive. It’s designed to guide users step-by-step through the process of customizing their dream car, without ever feeling overwhelming.

As we approach the 2025 launch, a full redesign is underway. The updated version introduces a sleeker UI, refined controls, and a smarter user flow — all supported by a robust cloud backend featuring thumbnail generation, configuration metadata, and enhanced customer insights.

More than just a product tool, the Masterpiece configurator is built to reflect the precision and elegance of the cars it represents — delivering a personalized experience that feels as tailored as the vehicles themselves.
